Cy-Anne Small is an influential educator, both inside and outside of the classroom. After graduating from the University of Florida with her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education K-6 and Masters Degree in Special Education K-12, she taught in numerous school districts across the state of Florida. Desiring to further develop her skills as a practitioner, Ms. Small expanded her knowledge of systematic differences within education through her continued research, courses at Harvard University, and journeys abroad.
